To prevent cancer, a proper diet includes a variety of natural, fresh and processed foods. Now this includes a variety of fresh and healthy vegetables, fruits such as kiwifruit and berries, chicken, fish, nuts and a little amount of starches that are healthful (such as whole grains and sweet potatoes).

Broccoli - It is the most important anti cancer foods which helps to destroy the cancer causing toxins and helps to prevent the breakdown of liver. Sulforaphane which is present in broccoli also helps to increase the activity of the liver enzymes and this helps to get the cancerous matters out of our body. A separate element called Brocco sprout is very much effective for to prevent the cancer. It is found in supermarkets or one can order them through online. It helps to fight back the cancer in the stomach. One and half a cup of lightly steamed or raw broccoli daily can act as a prevention of cancer. Broccoli sprouts should be added in an individual's everyday breakfast.

Tomatoes - contains an element called lycopene which helps to lessen the menace for prostate cancer and also reduces the menace for stomach cancers and lung. Consumption of tomato sauce or cooked tomatoes can help in the prevention of cancer. In the everyday diet tomatoes should be included in any form like boiled or cooked or in sauce form.

Spinach - Spinach or the green veggies are rich in antioxidant which helps to protect the cells from any kind of damage which may create cancerous mutations. One should have green vegetables or spinach every day and should add into their diet in any form.
