First aid

First aid kit is a collection or set of some basic equipment that are used to use the first aid.No matter where you stay,you always should have a first aid kit with you .You can keep it in car,office,home or any place where you spend time as we don't when we need it.Doctor can't reach you immediately to you when something bad happen to you and then your best friend is this first aid kit,at least it can save your life.

Now here I will provide you a list that can be included in your first aid box.People sometime get confused what to take and what should be rejected.Check these list and buy it to make a perfect first aid kit.

25 adhesive bandages (assorted sizes)

1 adhesive cloth tape (10 yards x 1 inch)

5 antibiotic ointment packets (approximately 1 gram)

2 absorbent compress dressings (5 x 9 inches)

5 antiseptic wipe packets

2 packets of aspirin (81 mg each)

1 blanket (space blanket)

2 hydrocortisone ointment packets (approximately 1 gram each)

Scissors

1 roller bandage (3 inches wide)

1 roller bandage (4 inches wide)

5 sterile gauze pads (3 x 3 inches)

5 sterile gauze pads (4 x 4 inches)

1 breathing barrier (with one-way valve)

1 instant cold compress

2 pair of nonlatex gloves (size: large)

Oral thermometer (non-mercury/nonglass)

2 triangular bandages

Tweezers

First aid instruction booklet
